SB 1225 earns Alliance support for improved train service in region

SB 1225 would authorize Caltrans to contract with Amtrak for a transfer of services agreement with the Los Angeles-San Diego (LOSSAN) Corridor Agency for the provision of intercity passenger rail service in the corridor (Pacific Surfliner) between San Luis Obispo and San Diego.
