Alliance opposes AB 52; will reduce HMO competition in CA

The Chamber Alliance is opposing AB 52 that would make it far harder for HMOs to raise rates in California. Nobody likes paying higher rates but health care costs continue to climb. If HMOs cannot adjust rates, consumers will be left with fewer choices.

We used to have laws that kept them from taking over our country.
